Responsibilities for Call Center Associate jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Verbally collecting pertinent information for the customer over the phone

  • Determining insurance coverage on each claim

  • Assessing client needs and resolve claims according to insurance policy provisions and customer service guidelines

  • Organization is key

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Associate jobs:

  • Minimum 6 months previous customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
