Responsibilities:

    • Inbound/Outbound telephone calls to/from potential customers who have responded to our marketing campaigns in order to solicit sales
    • Explain the business model; Sell the value and importance of a site survey to potential customers
    • Obtain/enter customer information including names, address, phone number(s) and e-mail address
    • Document call results from customer, including reason for interest, reason for declination and any other noteworthy information
    • Meet daily, weekly & monthly goals setting appointments for the In-Home Sales Representatives, recognizing and eliminating any potential obstacles to a one call close
    • Participate in weekly training requirements; provide constructive feedback during coaching sessions

This is a part-time position which is typically scheduled 20 hours per week. The training class will be two weeks from 6:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday through Friday both weeks. Work hours and days are Monday through Friday 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Saturday/Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Flexibility in hours is mandatory. No travel is expected for this position.
