Responsibilities for Call Center jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Make inbound and out bound calls
  • Using talking points and product knowledge to inform the customer and ease their concern. 
  • Ability to follow scripting as well as the ability to pivot communicate effectively.
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Giving feedback and recommending improvements based on your experiences. 
  • Ability to problem solve and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in continued training and development opportunities.
  • Positively engage with the customers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center jobs:

  • High school or GED required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to complete computer-based training
  • English language fluency
  • Ability to sit at a desk for up to 8-10 hours per day while speaking to customers.
