Position Details:
Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: Week Day and Weekend Shifts Available - See Details Below
Shifts: Monday thru Friday, 40 hrs. per week or Saturday and Sundays
Shift: Week Day and Weekend Shifts Available - See Details Below
Location: Houston, TX 77001


Length of assignment: 4 weeks

Week day:
Need 20 (10 need to be bilingual)
M-F 8am-5pm
Pay rate $18

Week End:
Need 15 (7 need to be bilingual)
Saturday – Sunday 8am-5pm
Pay rate $18

Job Description:

• Determines callers’ needs in an appropriate, courteous, and professional manner through active listening.
• Accesses internal computer-based systems to verify callers’ status and guide their call as needed.
• Provides information and referrals to callers to help them access resources that support their recovery.
• Enters caller information into computer-based systems to track call activity and to ensure the accurate tracking of inquiries and their status.
• Works in an effective manner with Supervisor and other of our client's
• Positively and accurately represents Our Client in all interactions with clients and partner agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
