Adecco is currently recruiting CSR's for a financial client in Tempe, AZ. The opportunity is TEMP TO HIRE contract role in Customer Care. Must be an excellent communicator with solid verbal and written communication skills. You will research account information through web based systems to resolve account issues and document, set up payment processes on past due accounts, service new clients with their mortgage portfolios, you’ll be responsible for providing that warm welcome touch to customers when it comes to their loans and understand the importance of details and accuracy. Must have excellent phone etiquette in a fast paced environment with auto-dialer system knowledge and the ability to juggle multiple program/screens. Previous banking, mortgage, call center expertise.
Mon - Fri 5 week paid training 8-5 pm, then varied 8 hour shifts from 6 am - 6 pm depending on business need. (40 hour work week)$16/hour and $17/hour for bilingual candidates. Must provide proof of last degree earned, pass a background check, fingerprint check, and drug screen. Once hired by Adecco, qualified candidates will be scheduled for immediate interview with client.
