Call Center Customer Service

Computershare is looking for TEMPORARY inbound call center agents to start on 11/12/18 through April 2019. There is a 5 week paid training program that is required, that has daily mandatory attendance which includes the day after Thanksgiving. 

Receive inbound calls from shareholders to confirm information about products or services, conduct share transfers, cancel accounts, process the sale of shares, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. 
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer complaints. 
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. 

This position requires that you have a minimum of 1 year in a call center position and have advanced computer skills, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
