Responsibilities for this Call Center - Customer Service Representative job include:

  • Heavy phone support – 100 to 150 calls a day.
  • Taking inbound customer calls for products and more supply request
  • Inbound customer calls for aftermarket purchases & lead generation
  • Keep record of all calls and work orders
  • Enter work orders and bill chargeable customers for service performed

Qualifications for Call Center - Customer Service Representative include:

  • Work under a fast paced, high stress situation and thrive under pressure
  • Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Great/Amazing Customer Service Skills
  • Sales mentality to approach customers

Education/Woke Experience for Call Center – Customer Service Representative include:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant call center experience
  • Minimum of 2 year of Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
