Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Call Center Associate jobs in Rancho Cordova, CA. These Call Center Associate jobs are within the Health Care/Insurance industry and are temp-to-hire opportunities!

Call Center Associate jobs require candidates to manage a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, this is your chance to be createive in finding solutions, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a call center environment. Candidates must have full availability M-F 6AM-6PM, and the ability to work one Saturday ever month. If you meet the qualifications listed – Apply Now! Responsibilities for Call Center Associate jobs include but are not limited to:

* Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns

* Providing timely and accurate information including: benefits information, and claim handling

* Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken  

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Associate jobs:

* At least 2 years of Call Center experience; preferably in the Health Insurance

* High School Diploma or GED

* Above all, friendly, empathetic & professional demeanor and communication skills
