Call Center Customer Service Representative (Store operations)

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative in Dublin, CA. This is a long-term, temporary opportunity in a corporate setting that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service.

Pay rate : $19/hour

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

  • Manage the ACD phone system and Service Now Case Management System
  • Provide Tier II customer service support and guidance to internal business partners and Store Associates.
  • Manage escalated issues through to a successful conclusion.
  • Provide feedback on procedural & policy questions and escalate to Management as appropriate. Special Projects as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment is a must
  • Experience in a call center is a requirement
  • High school graduate with some college coursework
