What will you actually be doing as a Call Center - Customer Service Specialist?

As a Call Center - Customer Service Specialist at a local client you will manage inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, correctly adjudicate service requests according to company established policies, accurately review, interpret, and communicate details involving customer's plans, comply with established contact center policies.

  • 1 - 2 years of  customer service experience is required
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 45 WPM
Hours: Candidates must be available to work any of the following schedules: 
Monday - Friday  10:00 am - 6:30 pm
Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm
Monday - Friday 12:30 pm -9:00 pm
