Location:               El Paso, TX

Responsibilities for this Call center Jr job include, but are not limited to:

  • Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  •  Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature.
  • Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
  • Completes special projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Works under moderate supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
  • Performs duties related to overall customer service
  • Maintains knowledge of organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications for this Call center Jr job:

  • Candidate must have strong data entry skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to emails.
  • Candidate must be able to work well in a team setting environment and must have strong organization skills
  • Candidate must be able to work well in a call center and team environment and understand shift work and its requirements; including willingness to handle evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Candidate must demonstrate a strong familiarity with computers and basic application familiarity.
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening and writing as well as attention to detail and the ability to follow standard processes and procedures is a requirement
