Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?  Adecco is looking to fill Sales Manager positions in a Cleveland based In Bound Call Center.  Ideal candidates should have sales experience along with management experience preferred.

Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Manager include but not limited to:

  • Manage Call Center Representatives and Processes
  • Ability to Mentor and Coach to improve representatives’ sales stats
  • Conduct the call center floor which includes call flow and production
  • Promote team work and meeting goals
  • Coordination of breaks and lunches
  • Maintain level of sales standards

Qualifications for success include:

  • One year sales experience (preferred)
  • One year management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and one weekend a month
  • Ability to Manage Coach and train

This is a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire position with a starting salary of 36K-42K based on experience + Incentive Bonuses.  This position is full time 40 hours a week.  Hours of operation are 8am-10pm  Monday thru Sunday 7 days a week. This position requires flexibility in work schedule and ability to work weekends.  Benefits include are Incentive Bonuses, Paid Time Off, Retirement Benefits, etc.
