As a Call Center Manager, you will manage the customer service function of the call center while ensuring appropriate staffing levels of both temporary and permanent staff members.

* Manage your staff in all areas from attracting new staff members to mentoring, developing and retaining your current employees

* Work with both Call Quality Staff and Customer Service Supervisors to address daily or ongoing performance or customer service-related issues

* Develop and manage the customer service budget while also managing special projects as assigned

Do you have what it takes to be hired directly by our client as a Call Center Manager? If you are an analytical problem solver, with the ability to multitask AND you meet the qualifications below, the answer is YES!

* Must have at least five (5) years in a leadership position, three (3) of those in a call center environment

* Must have experience with ACD and IVR systems / applications including CHAT, CRM, Workforce Management Scheduling ad CTI solutions and also experience reviewing and assessing ACD reports

* Must possess strong written and oral communication skills while displaying excellent organizational skills
