We’re hiring temp-to-hire, outbound call center representatives in White Settlement.

Call center representatives are important, really important, for making sure the world’s best companies have the best reputation.
We’re looking for enthusiastic problem solvers – if you love talking with people we want to hear from you.
Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
• Managing a high volume of outbound marketing survey calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns. You’ve got this!
• Use computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Organization is key.
These are the qualities we’re looking for in an Outbound call center rep:
• Above all, friendly and able to LISTEN well! It isn’t always easy, but the key to success is helping a customer turn a frown upside down.
• Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution – no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
