Call Center Presentative

Responsibilities for this job include:

 

- Take orders via phone and enter all data into system accurately

- Answer questions or inquiries regarding orders and product description

- Ability to troubleshoot order issues and communicate them to the necessary people

- To make people interested in the products offered by the company

- Required to upsell products to increase sales per customer

- Contribute to the success of the team by assisting in other duties as defined by management

 

Qualifications for this job include:

     -Prior sales experience is helpful in making product offers to customers

     -Strong communication and organizational skills needed

     -Ability to resolve issues without consistent supervision

     -Ability to listen and ask questions in order to maintain an effective communication on the

      phone

     -Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates

     -Computer proficiency and technical aptitude required
