Schedule:

1ST Shift

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

 

Call Center Representative Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years Call Center experience REQUIRED
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills - including data entry and typing
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a priority
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment & handle stressful situations appropriately
  • Must have experience with computer systems, including WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK and other Windows applications
  • Available to work Evenings & Saturdays
  • Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pulse Commerce, Shopify experience a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer & manage incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Ability to listen to customers and qualify their need, to provide design recommendations and superior customer assistance 
  • Sell products and place customer orders using web-based ordering system
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Manage and resolve customer situations
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Initiate and follow-up on UPS POD
  • Process Returns
