Call Center Representative

Type: 40 hours per week

Length: 3+ month contract with possibility of extension

Start Date: Within one to two weeks of offer

Pay: $16.00/hr

 

 

Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative job include, but are not limited to:

  • Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Takes care of inbound and outbound calls of a lesser complexity that are primarily routine or basic in nature.
  • Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.

 

Qualifications for this Call Center Representative job:

 

  • Will handle very confidential information including payroll, HR, benefits, leaves, and time management.
  • Expected to be professional, courteous, confidential, partner with peers & be resourceful
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
  • Proven experience accurately entering data
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position
  • Excellent focus and time management skills are essential for success
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated team player
  • High School Diploma or GED required
