The Call Center Rep will perform duties; develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain the ability to proficiently support the tactical order entry operation using the sales tools/SAP. 

Collaborate with other department to ensure the business can meet the customer order fulfillment expectations.

Troubleshoot process issues and escalate as appropriate to seek assistance for resolution. 



High School Diploma, with some college coursework

2 or more years of customer service experience

Worked in a team environment 

Use of SAP/Excel software/databases

Good business communication skills. 

Strong communication skills

Analytical skills (e.g. process oriented troubleshooting)

Able to learn/use advanced system functions 

Positive attitude

models team based approach to the work

Highly motivated

Takes initiative (self-starter)

Ability to multi-task

Ability to give and receive feedback

Conflict resolution skills 

Organization and time-management skills

Timely follow-through
