Job Description
You will be part of a call center team that will handle potential inquiries and responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls. You will receive onsite training for the position.
Responsibilities
Professionally answering calls, addressing caller inquiries, performing research using available resources to provide information to callers
Routing calls to appropriate resources when complex issues arise
Complete necessary administrative work and complete call logs accurately
Expectations for accuracy, productivity, and adherence to proper procedures
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Call center or customer service experience, with good computer skills
