Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill several Temp to Hire Call Center Customer Service jobs in East Syracuse, New York.  As a Call Center Customer Service representative you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls for the #1 pet recovery program in the country.

Responsibilities for the Call Center Customer Service Representative include:

  • Receive high volume of inbound calls with compassion and empathy
  • Maintain customer account records  

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma  
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Computer skills
  • Good English speaking ability
  • Able to multitask and perform in stressful situations
  • Excellent work history and work ethic

 

 

Work 8 hour shifts with starting times between two and 4:30pm. Set schedule includes working on Saturday or Sunday with an additional weekday off. Plenty of

opportunity for advancement.

 

Pay starts at $12.50 per hour.
