Adecco is assisting a very large, stable, insurance company in hiring a Call Center Representative to join their dynamic call center. This Honolulu based office is in need of 3 awesome call center representatives. Job duties include answering inbound calls, providing information regarding insurance options, processing changes in database, and providing necessary follow-up to management team. Opportunities to rise in company exist, state leading organization.

Minimum 6 months call center experience preferred
Background in retail, restaurant, hospitality can work.
Must have strong multitasking abilities.
Must be able to flip through computer software tabs and programs with ease.
Must be able to take direction and work independently.
Must be able to retain instructions and follow procedure.
