Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Call Center Representative role in Houston, TX 75231! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Contract Length: 3 to 6 months
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00/hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Provides accounting knowledge to enter transactions, generate report, gather financial information and analyze based on specific tasks. Research and complete all non-billed orders within the accounting system. Complete credit and rebills in a timely manner.

Specific Duties:


Advanced Email skills with ability to work from a shared mailbox


Ability to multi task by answering phone system and creating CRM tickets


Ability to work in a CRM system, by creating CRM tickets


Must have CRM system experience, Salesforce experience a plus


Must have excellent listening skills


Must have high volume call center experience


Must be able to multi-task by working out of multiple systems


Works well with others


Can handle a stressful environment


Ability to take direction from Peers


Excellent follow up skills



Must Have:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent minimum/Accounting degree preferred
• 2 to 3 years Call Center experience
• Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office Suite


Shift Start/End Time: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
