POSITION: Call Center Representative III
LOCATION: Austin, TX
DURATION: 4 months
PAY RATE: $16.83/hr


4 months temp to hire
This will be a direct inbound call center taking 40-60 calls per day at 5 to 6 min per call
It is a fast-paced contact center, calls are transactional in nature, and will be on the phone all day
Must have the ability to multi task and navigate multiple applications on a PC
Client is building out this brand new, highly visible team – This is a highly visible team and everyone would be watching the progress of this team up to senior executives. Due to the highly visible nature of this team, you will have the potential for recognition and room to grow
This is a fun environment with team events and some sort of reward or recognition contest running on a weekly basis


REQUIREMENTS

Must have stable employment history
3-5 years of high volume call center is required
Hours are 8:30am – 5pm
Pay rate is $16.83/hr.
