Above all, friendly. It isn’t always easy, but the key to success is helping a customer turn a frown upside down.
Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution – no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
Adept at communication. After all, there’s a reason somebody is calling. They’re just looking for somebody willing to listen and give them an explanation.

Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
