RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

 

  • Ability to understand customer needs, to determine the appropriate course of action to meet those needs.
  • Exercise independent thinking in meeting customer expectations
  • Process payment transactions over the telephone and/or in person while ensuring the highest standard of customer confidentiality, adhering to strict credit card processing requirements.
  • Be prepared to multi-task and regularly switch between various communication streams. Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
  • Excellent on the job attendance is a must.

 

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 2 Years Call Center Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a professional team environment
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm and diplomatic fashion
  • Must be able to sit for the majority of shift

 

SCHEDULE:

 

Must be available to work 30 -40 hrs. per week Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:45am through 6:15pm. Be flexible to work an occasional Saturday between the hours of 8:45am – 1:15pm.
