Call Center Representative – Remote – Work from Home

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Call Center Representative – Remote – Work from Home job

 

Type: Full-Time; Contract to Perm Potential

Start Date:  Within the next two weeks

Location:  Anywhere in the United States

Length: Long Term / Several Months

Pay: $11.00 / HR

Hours: 12pm to 8pm PST (1pm to 9pm MST, 2pm to 10pm CST, 3pm to 11pm EST)

 

Hardware Requirements: 

  • Candidates must have their own computer and running Windows 10
  • Must be able to use or obtain a headset that connects to the computer (typically through USB)
  • Must have or be able to obtain an ethernet cable to plug directly into their router for smooth connections
  •  

    Responsibilities for Call Center Representative – Remote – Work from Home job include, but are not limited to:   

  • Supporting fundraising and marketing efforts for a socially-involved client
  • Processing outbound calls to individuals associated with the group
  • Responsible for presenting scripted information with a strong, clear delivery
  • Provides knowledge to call recipients about available donation options
  • Works closely with management to ensure goals are met
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of personalities
  • Able to remain focused and prioritize daily goals
  • Prepares data for entry into computer system
  • Gathers data from call recipients and verifies information  
  • Exhibits proven and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to learn other duties and complete special projects as assigned

    Qualifications for this Call Center Representative – Remote – Work from Home job:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have previous, recent experience working within customer service or call center
  • Strong/accurate data entry skills are required
  • Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to learn computer system applications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
