Call Center Representative

Adecco is assisting “a local client” recruiting for Call Center jobs in Solon, OH. These Call Center jobs are temp to hire opportunities with a starting pay of $14.00 an hour.

Call Center jobs require candidates to be quick thinkers, work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers and clients, possess strong data entry skills and computer proficient within an Insurance environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Call Center jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Interact with customers and clients to request or provide insurance documents, proof of insurance, collect payment information and conduct follow up.
  • Answer calls professionally in a high paced interactive Call Center atmosphere.
  • Research required information using available resources and systems
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process “RUSH” payments, insurance documents and claims
  • Identify and escalate high priority issues
  • Perform follow up customer calls when necessary
  • Complete call logs, loan modifications and call center work-orders

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center jobs:

  • MS Office Suite proficiency, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
  • Ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Customer service aptitude with excellent listening, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma/GED required. Some college preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
  • Any insurance knowledge/experience a plus
