Ring ring. That’s opportunity calling for you. We’re hiring temp-to-hire call center representatives in the Springfield area. Call Center Representatives are important, really important, for making sure the world’s best companies have the best reputation. We’re looking for enthusiastic problem solvers –if you love talking with people and helping them find a solution, we want to hear from you.


Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:
*Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our
customers in insurance, mortgage, banking and
property loss. More experienced associates will
handle escalated calls.
*Identifying and resolving complaints–this is
your chance to be a creative in finding a
solution.
*Use computer system to track customer
interactions, record details of inquiries,
complaints, or comments, as well as actions
taken. Organization is key.
*This role requires listening to our customer’s
concerns and showing empathy while resolving
their issue.
*Because every customer is different we expect
you to take the initiative to truly understand
our customers current challenges, solve them,
and use your expertise to proactively help them
avoid future challenges.


These are the qualities we’re looking for in a call center rep:
*Above all, friendly. It isn’t always easy, but
the key to success is helping a customer turn a
frown upside down.
*Strong attention to detail
*Works well in a fast paced/high stress
environment
*General computer skills including managing and
manipulating multiple programs simultaneously
*Ability to adapt easily as procedures/client
needs change
*Skilled at problem solving and conflict
resolution –no matter what is thrown at you, you
keep a cool head.
*Adept at communication. After all, there’s a
reason somebody is calling.They’re just looking
for somebody willing to listen and give them an
explanation.
*At least 1 year call center or customer service
experience
*High School Diploma or GED required


*$13-14/hr
*Generally Mon-Fri; 8a-5p or 9a-6p. Some shifts will work Saturday from 9a-3p as needed
