Day to Day Responsibilities: � Research/resolve loan level inquires as it relates to inbound/outbound call activity. More experienced associates will be involved in root cause analysis of more complex inquiries. � Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our customers in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss. More experienced associates will handle escalated calls. � Initially works in a single client /functional environment due to limited knowledge and skill set. More experienced associates will work in a multi-client or multi-functional environment.

Personality skills: Someone personable, reliable, someone that can accept feedback and implement the corrective action immediately. Someone who easily adapts to change.

Types of qualifications: Someone with a customer service background or mortgage/banking experience. This is not a requirement but suggested.

Strong skills: Problem solving, critical thinking, effective and professional, verbal and written communication.

� Receive inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, contractors, and customers in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss.
� They have adherence times and handle times to meet.
� Research/resolve loan level inquires.
� Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the client/customer
� They have adherence times and handle times to meet.
� Must be able to show empathy, have solid communication skills, sound analytical skills because they are speaking with homeowners and contractors.
Shift Varies: Hours of Operations will range from 9A - 9P M-F, Saturday 8A - 5P.
