Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Call Center Representative:

  • Working in a call center environment, you’ll be making the magic happen by Responding and resolving in/outbound customer service inquires and issues via telephone, live chat and email
  • Following-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues, including customer submitted photos, personalized text and order detail information
  • You’ll be working together with your team to Identifying and recommending merchandising, siting usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback

The available shifts for these opportunities are:
Monday 1130AM-8PM, Tuesday-Friday 130PM-8PM, paying $13/hr.
Monday 11AM-8PM, Tuesday 1230PM-8PM, Friday 1230PM-8PM, Sunday 9AM-7PM, paying $14/hr.
Training hours the first two weeks for either schedule will be 10AM-7PM Monday-Friday.
After the first two weeks of training you will receive 32 hours per week until the end of October.
Additional hours and overtime will be available October-December once business volume increases.
