Call Center Rep-receiving initial requests, providing assistance resolving problems and questions, tracking the request and doumentating information into electronic database, following up with caller, email issues, making outbound calls and emails to obtain client specific information. Document member and customner issues, research and troubleshoot reports and solutions via phone, email and live chat using CRM software for looking up records, handling request, researching problems and documenting resolutions. Must have 1 year plus experience responding to inbound calls for complex customer issues. 50 wpm, 99% accuracy and will be tested. Type 10 key with speed and accuracy. Deadlines, high volume environment.
