Call Center Sales Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Call Center Sales Representative position in Wallingford, CT. This is a great opportunity to work for a company with an excellent brand reputation and room for growth. This is a 2nd shift, contract-to-hire opportunity. As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling and closing sales appointments for customers. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to / from potential customers who have responded to marketing campaigns

  • Sell the value and importance of a site survey to potential customers

  • Obtain and enter customer information into database

  • Document call results from customer, including reason for interest, reason for declination and any other noteworthy information

  • Meet daily, weekly & monthly goals setting appointments for Certified Sales Representatives

  • Participate in weekly training requirements; provide constructive feedback during coaching sessions



Qualifications:
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED
• Results-oriented and possess competitive drive
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficient
