As a Call Center Service Provider at Ralph Lauren you will manage a high volume of outbound calls.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Researching inquiries and de-escalate customer’s concerns
  • Providing merchandise recommendations to customers who are placing orders and inquiring about items
  • Confidently navigate the Ralph Lauren websites, internet, customer support systems and company supported intranet
  • Confidently interact with customers and other internal departments in a clear, concise, courteous and professional manner

Qualifications for warehouse Call Center Service Provider include

  • Previous experience in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on high volume, measurable performance and understanding of how individual performance affects others in a team environment
