Adecco is seeking a Call Center Supervisor for a transportation charter center in Wall Township, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to join the leading school bus transportation provider in North America. 

 

Job Description:

Supervise a team of 30 Charter Center Representatives.

Assist in all aspects of the daily functions related to charter center operations.

Monitor all charter activity and adjust as necessary to avoid conflict with route schedules.

Train and coach all CCR's on current processes.

Manage the workforce to ensure high call service levels.

Track all charter activity and adjust as necessary to avoid conflict with peak call volume.

Build and maintain strong relations with internal departments/locations.

Monitor and track all contact center metrics.

Run telesales call lists and train outbound CCR's on what verticals to target.

Ensure revenue and contact center goals are met and communicate this progress to the CCR team.

Ensure processes are efficient and effective.

Participate with the Charter Center Manager in performance reviews of CCR's.

Participate in discipline, interviewing, hiring, and termination of employees based on performance standards.

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven call center supervisory experience.

Transportation/School Bus, charter booking, customer service, and telemarketing experience preferred. Advanced computer experience.

 

Education:

College degree (or work equivalent) preferred.

Minimum High School Diploma, or work equivalent.
