Call Center Supervisor

Adecco is currently assisting a local client with their search for a Call Center Supervisor. This is a great permanent, direct-hire opportunity, with a growing company in eastern Kansas. As the Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for management, supervisor, and the overall success of a team of 10 Call Center Associates.

Location: Topeka, KS
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, M-F, plus OT as needed
Duration: Direct-hire
Salary: $39k-49k/yr, BOE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • At least 3-5 years of call center experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written skillrevious conflict resolution training
  • Previous conflict resolution training

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred. Relevant experience will be considered
