Call Center Team Lead - Full-time/Permanent

We currently have 2nd and 3rd shift openings for a seasoned Call Center team lead in the Longwood area. Must have experience overseeing a staff of at least 15 individuals; in addition to proficiency with the regular call processing/ telephone answering services and administrative functions associated with call center operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Help train and coach employees to accomplish  performance results. 
  • Ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all employees are meeting/exceeding expectations 
  • Assist in all personnel related matters/deliverables
  • Track and record attendance
  • Identify performance gaps
  • Implement training methods, and document attendance and/or behavioral issues
