Job Title: Call Center Team Lead / Real Time Analyst
Location:– Oakbrook Terrace, IL - No relocation assistance, travel expenses, or any other expenses can be offered
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
1 year Contract Assignment
Pay Rate: Adecco W2 - depending on experience with the requirements below:

Supervises Customer Care personnel and maintains adherence to Quality Standards.
• Tracks contractor availability
• Ensures that calls are prioritized correctly
• Monitors customer inquiries and logs average handle times
• Maintains optimal use of available resources to make certain that calls are completed within goal.
• Maintains continual awareness of overall status of resource availability and current deployment, and ensures that resources are re-allocated as needed to meet changing needs for service.
• Provides advice and counsel to employees, members, and/or contractors regarding problem resolution
• Handles customers appeals/escalations as needed
• Forwards contractor problems to the appropriate representative

Position Requirements:
This is a Real Time Analyst position for the our client's Customer Care Center.
There is no remote work for this position, the position must be in the office everyday it is scheduled.
Additionally, the position requires absolutely no scheduling restrictions.
Complete, 100% open availability including weekends, holidays is required.
The work hours are NOT traditional office hours.
Shifts are rotating and include weekends, and overnights
This positions also entails some monitoring of union employees.
