The POS (Point of Sale) Support Center Tier 1 Specialist will provide help desk support for POS Customers and Authorized Service Contractors. As a Tier 1 specialist you will be helping to respond to a portion of the estimated 1000 inbound calls daily. 


The BEST candidate is someone with the following characteristics:

  1. Dependable- rarely calls out of work OR very limited
  2. Reliable- shows up before her/his shift starts
  3. You must have 1.5 to 2 years of experience with the SAME company- no job hoppers
  4. Call Center Preferred


  1. Proficient Computer skills- able to provide basic computer troubleshooting, password resets, clear caches, cookies.
  2. Resolving internet issues. Experience using a ticketing system.
  3. Troubleshooting hardware and software.
  4. Able to follow “Detailed” step by step directions
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  6. Able to cut and paste notes/documents
  7. A FAST learner

As a Tier 1 your responsibilities are:

  1. Passport Resets
  2. POS Feature bundles
  3. Activations for technicians
  4. Dispatching technicians
  5. Response to alarms
