We are currently recruiting for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with one of Rochester’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies that is repeatedly voted a "Best Place to Work in Collections" and who offers a 100% company paid individual medical/dental/vision insurance plan.

Position Responsibilities Include:
- Obtaining information from Consumers in order to determine current financial situation and determine solutions
- Providing solutions to Consumers to enable them to resolve their obligation administratively or voluntarily
- Gather proper documentation from Consumers and maintain appropriate follow-up
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management
- Daily Productivity: Work a specified number of accounts/cases daily and maintain an acceptable volume of phone calls as assigned to the position by Management
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- The ability to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM consisting of three (3) day shifts and two (2) evening shifts.
- Willingness to work one (1) Saturday morning per month preferred.

Position requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No student loans in collections

Work Experience in one or more of the following: Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, Call Center, Banking, Accounting, Finance with 1+ year direct phone or in person customer interaction
