Call Service Worker

Your responsibilities will be providing phone support to Sales Representatives by answering general sales support questions and assisting with system navigation, work in a call center environment, use a computer system to track and gather information from consumers, and achieving productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level customer service.
Qualifications:

  • Must be able to type 15 words per minute
  • Candidates must be able to sit the entire shift
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 - 2 years related experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be available to work any shift between 8am - 8pm
