Calling Agent

You will be working with prospective clients through the internal database. Prospective clients come from web inquiries online. After training, your day to day experience will be as follows:

  • Make 400-600 calls per day
  • Work with clients to identify their needs
  • Adjust and deliver sales pitch to client to meet their needs
  • Enter client details into the database and reconfirm the information with them
  • Overcome objections from clients to get them to the application stage
  • By working as a team, your goal is 3-4 apps per day to be processed by Loan Originators

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm / 11:00 am - 9:00 pm (swing shift)
  • Friday: 9:45 am - 2:00 pm

1 hour lunch break
