POSITION: Candidate Experience Specialist
LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA
HOURS: Full-time
DURATION: Approximately 1 - Year, with potential to extend or go permanent
PAY: $15.00 – 18.00/hr. – DOE

Job Summary:
The Candidate Experience Specialist is an integral partner in the Recruiting process responsible for managing all administrative and operational based recruiting activities and building candidate relationships with a laser focus on providing a superior candidate experience.

The specialist often provides candidates with their first impression of Client. This role reports in to the Candidate Experience Manager within the Recruiting Operations organization.

The responsibilities of the incumbent include:
• Provide administrative & operational support to team of Recruiters in support of the full life cycle recruiting process.
• Maintain confidential information through the organization’s applicant tracking system and human capital management people system.
• Assist with drafting and sending of candidate related correspondence, including but not limited to interview confirmations.
• Assist Recruiters by completing various activities that may include scheduling of candidate in-office interviews and updating and maintaining all appropriate actions in accordance with established firm standards in the applicant tracking system.
• Assisting in scheduling of candidate travel, training, team meetings, invoice processing and other tasks as necessary.
• Collects and compiles data as requested from a variety of sources and prepares appropriate reports for analysis.
• Initiates pre-hire background and sanction checks and reviews results, ensuring consistent communication of clearances and flagging results to ensure all new hires begin work with a clear result.
• Based on past experiences and knowledge learned in role, identify opportunities for process or systems improvement, or for greater efficiency within the team/function. Contribution to overall enhancement of process as it relates to candidate experience and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Preferred Qualifications
• Experience initiating, planning, and conducting multiple projects successfully.
• Experience working across a highly matrixed, multi-location organization.
• Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; a high attention to detail.
• Ability to apply appropriate judgment with confidential or private information.
