Adecco is currently seeking a candidate to fill an opening for an Administrative Coordinator for a top company located in Stamford.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer phones, greet clients
  • Manage appointments and candidate sessions
  • Supervise candidate workstations in office
  • Prepare client onboarding
  • Sending mass emails to client database about upcoming events
  • Order and stock general office supplies
  • General administrative duties to support in-house Consultants
  • Open and close the office

 

Administrative Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor – interact at all management levels
  • Min- 3 years exp in an Administrative / Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Comfortable with web-based applications – technology oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and organize
  • Able to work independently
  • Have an outgoing personality – comfortable with meeting people

 

Pay rate is $20 hr

 

Hours will be 8:30am – 5pm
