Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Candidate Services Coordinator job in Irvine, CA.  This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Candidate Services Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting employment candidates as well as the Operations, Delivery and Sales teams.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Responsibilities for this Candidate Services Coordinator job include:

 

•  Welcomes and assists candidates and visitors in a warm and friendly manner     

•  Schedules a high volume of coaching appointments in person, over the phone and email           

•  Makes outreach calls to candidates and provided a high level of customer service          

•  Includes various administrative duties                                            

 

Qualifications:

 

•   Experience in high level receptionist or customer service roles   

•   Excellent communication skills     

•   High energy and positive attitude 

•   Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint            

 

 

Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $15-$15.75/ HR.
