Key Duties: Calendar management for Sr Director and direct report manager. Purchasing for the group, equipment inventory, office supply ordering, facilities coordination, expense reports, travel arrangement, new hire coordination, employee relations perks/snacks/beverages and events.

¿ Qualified candidates must have the ability to maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage their time in a fast paced atmosphere where there are often impromptu requests.
¿ Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of all groups within the team.

¿ Preferred Skills:
¿ Proficient use of the Macintosh OS
¿ Competency with Pages and Numbers or Microsoft Word and Excel
¿ Ability to work well independently
