Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
� Explain the services available to participants
� Develop service strategies for each participant that shall identify an employment goal appropriate achievement objectives, and appropriate services for the participant.
� Provide activities leading to the attainment of a secondary school diploma or its equivalent, or a recognized post-secondary credential.
� Coordinate all follow-up services, job search classes, supportive services and/or training services.
� Conduct comprehensive and specialized assessments, including diagnostic testing and interviewing
� Make referrals as appropriate to community resources
� Determine eligibility for, document and schedule supportive services, as needed and will monitor to ensure that as problems arise, needs are adequately met.
� Monitor the progress toward short and long-term goal attainment
� Monitor all required reports, review for accuracy, and complete indicated case actions.
� Update database with the appropriate case note entries after each contact with the participant.
� Attend workshops, meetings and seminars as directed.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
� Bachelor�s degree, a concentration in human services is preferred.
� Preferred background would include a demonstrated ability to handle and motivate the public effectively.
� Must be able to meet the travel demand of the job.
