Job Summary:

Primary Accountabilities

  • Timely and accurate payment processing, payoff, escalated legal judgement payoff, various payment exception processing, and unapplied suspense processing.
  • Process cash transactions associated with cashiering tasks
  • Payment intake processing
  • Exception Imaging, balancing and deposits
  • Teller balancing
  • Research accounts to determine appropriate Cashiering processing
  • Education and Experience


  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Demonstrated behaviors of being organized, structured and paying attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Ability to understand basic cash flow and volume workflow
  • Understanding of GSE Payment Processing
  • Understanding of Default Payment Processing
  • You will be assessed on your MS Excel knowledge
