Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • An energetic team player is needed to insure the highest quality, best customer service possible for internal and external customers.
  • Communication with customers via email for every step of product modifications.
  • Obtain approvals for product modifications and data enter into customer files.
  • Track certifications.
  • Enter POs on invoicing.
  • Transfer cases to Engineers if there is further follow up required.


Education and Knowledge:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an Administrative role, preferably in a technical capacity.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
