Job Location: Town and Country, MO
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: 21.28 per hour
Duration: 6 months

Coordinates and facilitates scheduled network maintenance to minimize risk and exposure to the Network and revenue customers. Coordinates with field technicians, operations and engineering to identify the impact and assemble the details necessary to communicate to all departments involved in scheduled maintenance. Assists in the preparation of detailed reports noting status of the maintenance tickets and assess trending data for performance improvement.

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Assists with facilitating the Network Protection Policy to minimize risk and exposure to the network and revenue customers.
Ensures network maintenance tickets are accurately submitted with required data (Method of Procedure (MOP), impacts, resources identified, etc.) to meet process compliance and are designed to improve the stability of the network or provide controlled expansion or addition of services and/or network equipment.
Coordinates and facilitates with creation of change request tickets for vendor and carrier maintenance activities to ensure successful execution and completion and tracking of performance.
Recommends changes to procedures and operational efficiencies and assists in successful implementation.
Responsible for the observation and alert of non-compliance and provides positive guidance of established protocols to drive successful, proactive, preventive maintenance.
Attends Change Advisory Board calls with respective stakeholders from Network Operations and Field Operations for de-confliction activity with coordination and facilitates to ensure successful execution and completion of change activity.
Responsible for communicating and training process changes to the Change Management users to ensure standardization and compliance.
Tracks and assesses metrics based on trending data with reporting relative to scheduled maintenance activities on the network.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
