Change Management Consultant

Adecco is assisting our premier financial services corporation with a consulting opportunity for

Change Management Consultant
W2 contract: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $62 per hour
Location: Aurora, IL 60504

This resource will play an important role in change initiative projects to meet business, budget, and schedule objectives. This person’s responsibility is to focus on all changes to systems, business processes, technology, organization structures, and job roles.
Must have strong written communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information/data into key messages across broad audiences. Must have the aAbility to bring key messages to life leveraging creative and interactive media and tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Infographs, Manager Toolkits, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

Help solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve the business performance.
Identify options for, and suggest recommendations for, Change.
Help with additional resources to implement solutions.
Complete Change Management assessments
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult and coach project teams
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
Support and engage senior leaders and coach managers and supervisors
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Evaluate and ensure user readiness
Manage stakeholders
Track and report issues
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Support change management at the organizational level
Manage the change portfolio


Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Change management certification or designation desired
5 – 8 years’ experience in relevant field required
Strong background in developing, leading, and driving targeted Organizational Change Management solutions and implementing tools for a large-scale, multi-faceted, cross-functional line of business initiative called Disability 2.0.
Strategic Thinking
Strong Project Management skills (all aspects including tracking, benefits, budget)
PowerPoint presentations skills
Strong Influencing / Collaboration Skills
Meeting scheduling, coordination, some facilitation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Needs to be flexible and comfortable with fast paced project environment

Must be eligible to work for any employer in U.S. without sponsorship / NO corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only and not require relocation assistance.
